The Village of Canastota Court is operated jointly with the Town of Lenox Court. The Village of Canastota Court has one elected Village Justice and one Acting Justice. There is one Court Clerk for the Village Court. Hours of operation for the Court Office are: M – F 8:30am – 4:00pm. Village Court is held the third and fourth Thursdays of every month at 9:00am, except for any government holiday which may fall on a Thursday. Village Court handles all Vehicle & Traffic citations as well as Criminal and Small Claims matters.
