Hello, my name is Ann Marie Rossi. I am a Village of Canastota resident and Trustee of the Village Board. I have lived in Canastota all of my life. Richard Rossi has been my husband for 48 years. We have raised three sons, and also have four grandchildren. I worked for 20 years as an Avon Products District Manager. I am also a proud member of the Canastota Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. I am actively involved as a volunteer for the Loaves and Fishes Program and the Canastota Opportunity Shop. With my son, I helped to reorganize the Farmer’s Market, which is growing every year. Another adventure with my son for which I’m extremely proud to be a Co-Founder is the Canastota Kids Day Festival.

My responsibilities as a Trustee are acting as Liaison to the Recreation and Beautification Committees. I also handle the Business/Industrial Park and Zoning & Housing Boards.

Continuing with the Downtown Enhancement Plan and Beautification programs are a large part of my future vision for Canastota. I believe if we provide a clean Village, void of junk vehicles and dilapidated properties we will be able to attract more businesses downtown and in the Industrial Park.
